A standard worldwide shipping is free.  You are responsible for any additional charges, levies, taxes or other costs that may be imposed by customs authorities in your country.  Once you receive a confirmation email that your payment has been received, your order will be processed.  All prints are shipped unframed, by DHL, FedEx or other reputable international courier service and are professionally packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. 
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.  You can expect to receive your image within approximately 2 to 3 weeks from the date We receive your payment.
Conditions for commissioned artwork differ from standard purchase through our websites and will be specified in our agreement.

All sales are final except where items may have been damaged during delivery. If your limited edition print has been damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately at hello@kalmuskrocil.com. Colour and tonality of the images can vary upon your screen setting or device you are using to view my websites and and are not subject for return or refund.
